    Frequently Asked Questions: Our Services

What areas do you service for septic system work?

We serve customers throughout Sonoma County and neighboring areas. If you’re not sure whether you’re in our service range, just give us a call—we’re happy to point you in the right direction.

If your system backs up regularly, smells bad, or drains slowly, it may need repairs—or in some cases, full replacement. We always aim to fix before replacing and will walk you through your options honestly.

Yes, we do. Whether you’re buying or selling, we provide full inspections and reports so you can move forward with confidence.

AbsolutelyWe’ve been tackling complex terrain since 1966. Limited access or steep slopes are no problem—we’ve got the right equipment and team to get it done right.

We work with a wide range of systems including aerobic treatment units, mound systems, drip systems like Geoflow, and low-impact options like rockless leach lines. We also design winery waste discharge systems and greywater setups.

Every job is different, depending on location, soil testing, and permits. That said, most installs take 1–2 weeks once everything is approved. We keep delays to a minimum and always communicate clearly.
